Can I check out as a guest?
Yes. You can place an order without creating an account. Customer accounts remain optional and can make it easier to view orders and saved information.
How can I correct my shipping address?
Email labbitlab@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Check the email address used at checkout, including spam or junk folders. If you still need help, email labbitlab@outlook.com with your order number.
Where should a school, laboratory or business enter its organization name?
Enter the laboratory, university, school, hospital or company name in the optional Company field of the shipping address. Use Address line 2 for the building, department, laboratory, floor or room number.
How do I add a PO number, laboratory name or delivery instruction?
Use the optional order-notes field in the cart before checkout. Include the PO number, laboratory or department name, receiving hours, room number or other delivery instruction. Adding a PO number to the notes does not create invoice or credit terms; payment must still be completed using an available checkout method unless labbitlab has agreed otherwise in writing.
Do you provide quantity or bulk quotes?
Yes. Laboratories, schools and businesses may request a quantity quote by emailing labbitlab@outlook.com with the product name, variant, quantity, organization name and required date. Pricing and availability must be confirmed in writing.
How can I be notified when a Coming Soon item is available?
Use the email sign-up or availability-notification form shown on the product page when available. If a product does not yet show a notification form, email labbitlab@outlook.com with the product name and preferred variant. Joining a notification list does not reserve inventory or require a purchase.
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days, excluding statutory holidays. Transit estimates begin after dispatch.
